Day Seventeen

Good/bad ride today.  Great to be able to be outside and not stuck on the trainer.  My hour and 15 minutes on a ride outside today equals to what about ten minutes feels like on the trainer.  Outside is just fun and relaxing, the trainer is punishment.  So I went out for 35 minutes but it took me 42 minutes to ride back, an extra 7 minutes because it was really windy.  7 minutes is a huge percentage of time when you are only riding 35 minutes.  School was nuts today, six kids got arrested, it was nice to blow that off and ride alone with my thoughts.
