Day Fifteen

Rain Rain go away...Since the kids up the hill broke my windshield  I had to stay around the house to have it fixed.  I did a Chris Carmichael Time Trial video so I could be home while my windshield was repaired.  Could Chris mention Lance anymore than he did.  I don't think so, I had to see videos of Lance's time trial in the TDF, I had to hear about how much Lance loved this workout.  On and on the guy was driving me nuts.  I am not looking to be Lance and I am not interested in how much better he is than I will ever dream about being.  Workout was fine in the end.  An hour and ten minutes on the trainer :P
